Join us at the Enterprise building on Thursday, January 23rd for our 3-in-1 Lunch and Learn to kick off the new year! You'll hear from 3 new board members on subjects they are passionate about. The 3 sessions will be:

Stosha Dillon Gamble - Mental Health Culture in the Workplace 

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify mental health signs when they arise
  • Provide resources to cope with mental health issues
  • Thrive with a strong mental health culture in the workplace


With experience in the industry, Stosha has built a reputation for being a true advocate for growth—championing the careers of employees while also supporting their mental and emotional well-being. Stosha believes that success is not only about reaching professional milestones, but also about maintaining a healthy balance in life.

Beyond the workplace, Stosha is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness. She works tirelessly to reduce stigma and promote self-care, frequently collaborating with organizations and leading initiatives that raise awareness and offer resources to those struggling with mental health challenges.

Jerad Watson - AI = Quicker and Better Learning Solutions 

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify opportunities where AI can save time in the learning program development process.

  • Personalize learning content to specific audiences with the help of AI.

  • Generate activity ideas, timed agendas, and handouts using AI tools.



Jerad Watson is the Manager of UAB HR Learning & Development. He oversees the training and professional development of UAB’s staff and faculty. With expertise in process improvement, forecasting, and leveraging technology to address change, Jerad is dedicated to enhancing learning experiences. He holds a bachelor's degree in business and marketing education from Auburn University and a master’s degree in Instructional Design and Development from UAB.

Claire Hart - Unconscious Bias 

Learning Objectives:

  • Acknowledge that unconscious bias is unavoidable
  • Recognize some ways that biases form and how to mitigate your bias(es)





Claire Hart is the Talent Management Program Manager at Bloom Insurance. Her background includes work in healthcare, higher education, technology, nonprofits, and financial services. Claire specializes in integrating talent, performance, and inclusion work across organizations. An Alabama native with additional roots in Kentucky, she has a BA in Communications from Huntingdon College, an MBA from UAB and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation. When not working, Claire enjoys adventuring with her husband and their two sons (ages 4 and 9) in outdoor pursuits and through travel.
