She works tirelessly to reduce stigma and promote self-care, frequently collaborating with organizations and leading initiatives that raise awareness and offer resources to those struggling with mental health challenges.

Jerad Watson is the Manager of UAB HR Learning & Development. He oversees the training and professional development of UAB’s staff and faculty. With expertise in process improvement, forecasting, and leveraging technology to address change, Jerad is dedicated to enhancing learning experiences. He holds a bachelor's degree in business and marketing education from Auburn University and a master’s degree in Instructional Design and Development from UAB.
Claire Hart - Unconscious Bias
Claire Hart is the Talent Management Program Manager at Bloom Insurance. Her background includes work in healthcare, higher education, technology, nonprofits, and financial services. Claire specializes in integrating talent, performance, and inclusion work across organizations. An Alabama native with additional roots in Kentucky, she has a BA in Communications from Huntingdon College, an MBA from UAB and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation. When not working, Claire enjoys adventuring with her husband and their two sons (ages 4 and 9) in outdoor pursuits and through travel.
