The ATD Birmingham Board of Directors is composed of dedicated talent development professionals who volunteer for a one-year term. Board planning meets are typically held in December. With a plan in place, the board meets monthly to conduct the business of the chapter, including financial review, member engagement, strategic initiatives, and event planning for future months. The main function of the Board of Directors is to ensure the ATD Birmingham chapter is managed effectively in order to meet the needs of talent development professionals throughout the state of Alabama.
