The Association for Talent Development (ATD) is the world's largest association dedicated to workplace learning and performance professionals. ATD's vision and mission are to create a world that works better and to empower professionals to develop talent in the workplace. Here at ATD Alabama, we share those values and work hard to carry them out in our local community. 

Founded in 1954 as a non-profit organization, ATD Alabama is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors drawn from our general membership. We strive to be the primary talent development resource for the  entire state of Alabama. 

Our members include diverse, talented professionals working in coaching, leadership development, instructional design, consulting, measurement and evaluation, organizational development, training facilitation, and more!
