Money Mondays: The (Low and No) Cost of Reasonable Accommodations | Choose Work! - Ticket to Work - Social SecurityWhen offering training to employees with disabilities, it is crucial to consider the need for reasonable accommodations. This training is designed to help participants enhance their methods when developing and designing training sessions, incorporating built-in accommodations to support employees with disabilities who may require assistance during training sessions.

You'll learn how to define what a reasonable accommodation is, explore the significance of accommodations in learning and development, and identify typical reasonable accommodations that learning and development staff can use to enhance support for employees with disabilities.

**In-person tickets are for Huntsville area attendees. Birmingham and other area participants will be virtual through Zoom.
