The ATD International Conference is always an incredible experience! For those who were unable to attend, we wanted to bring a slice of the conference to you.

Juliet Chin Hart will be teaching us how to Think Like a Scientist - Expand Your Healthcare Leadership Mindset. She'll describe the way scientists think and how it can be used to expand innovation in your organizations, and she'll talk about having fun experimenting with curiosity and exploring new ways of thinking about collaboration across your organization.

Kristine Ellis, M.Ed., MPC, PCC will speak to us about the importance of creating a sense of belonging at work. Everyone wants to have a sense of belonging at work! But how do you create a culture of belonging with a heavy workload and constant change? Come hear the foundational principles of a culture of belonging and how to create it with your team and/or organization. You will leave feeling empowered to take that first step to belongingness for all.
